～ 第36回校内英語スピーチコンテスト～
校内の英語スピーチコンテストが開催されました。
一人ひとりが長い期間練習に励んだ成果を発揮しました。
最初の校長先生の話では
「高校生の求人が増えていることから、
高校生の力が注目されていることがわかる。
英語は社会に出てから必ず必要となる力だ。
また、高校生のうちから英語で話す力を鍛えていくことが大切だ」
と生徒たちを激励しました。
生徒の発表終了後、ALTのKatherine Veal先生から講評をいただきました。
This year’s speech contest had an impressive range of topics from personal anecdotes to controversial issues.I know it can be difficult to deliver a clear, well-rehearsed speech to an audience of your peers so I applaud all those who entered this competition and did their best. To those of you who are going on to the next level,congratulations and keep us the good work!
上位4位に入賞した生徒は高崎市の英語スピーチコンテストに出場します。
またそこでの活躍も期待していてください!
